PM Projekt - Design Specialists
PM Project is a team made of individuals with different interest for whom designing became a passion. We design, oversee, operate, grow, and pursue new challenges, recognise the signs of the future, and learn from each another. We are also true to the principles of honesty and reliability towards each other and business partners.
The position and dynamic growth of our company is ensured by consistently implementing development strategy consisting of continuous search for innovative solution, consequent implementation of engineering ideas, establishment of long-term relations with clients and by a young and ambitious team of people eagerly improving their qualifications, comprehensively and innovatively approaching technical issues.
We create designs on the basis of the latest functional solutions and in line with provisions of the Construction Law. Thanks to the long-standing experience in developing design documents, we succeeded in establishing a team capable of facing and meeting even the most difficult and demanding challenges. We focus on high quality of the systems, while minimising operating costs at the same time. The acquired knowledge and experience enable us to develop designs based on optimised, verified, and – most importantly – effective technologies. There is simply nothing we can’t do!
We have great experience in overseeing construction works, both performing the role of Site Manager and Investor’s Supervision Inspector. As the Site Manager, the representative of PM Projekt will provide control over the proper performance and handover of each and every construction work planned at every stage of the construction, as well as verification of materials and methods used in order for the investor to avoid disadvantageous situations.
At the investors’ requests, we also offer project architect’s supervision, thus providing implementation of the investment in line with the designed documentation prepared by our company, binding technical standards, provisions of the Construction Law and principles of good engineering practice.
Under the project architect’s supervision, we cooperate with the contractor at every stage of the construction, providing explanation regarding provisions included in the design documentation and agreeing upon any possible changes.
Marcin Kosieniak
Co-owner and designer
Holds designing and construction licenses for sanitary installations. He is an expert witness in matters related to sanitary installations.
Marcin Kosieniak holds MSc. Eng. in environmental engineering and can boast over 15 years of professional experience in designing and project management. I am responsible for coordination and supervision of projects. I personally manage selected project for key domestic and international accounts. My job is to implement new design support solution – such as Revit, Dynamo, and BIM – into the designing and company structures. I take responsibility for resource planning connected with projects, maintaining good relations with clients and winning new design orders.
Przemek Tkaczuk
Co-owner and designer

Przemek Tkaczuk holds MSc. Eng. in environmental engineering and can boast twenty years of professional experience. My professional experience includes project management and designing, both in the industrial sector and for public sector clients. In addition, I am also experienced in investment supervision. At PM Projekt, as the co-owner, my responsibilities include client relations and business growth.
